How do I unzip the .zip files?
How do I unzip the .zip files?
- Locate the zipped file that you want to unzip, it may be located in your downloads folder. If you can’t find it here you can click on the download icon on your browser to see what you have downloaded and navigate to where it has been saved from there.
- To unzip
all the contents of the zipped file, press and hold (or right-click) the file, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. If you get an error message it may not like the length of the file name. To fix that you can change
the name of the zip file by clicking on it and typing a short name and then try extracting again from the renamed zip file.
- Your printable pages will now be saved to the location you selected. You should be able to select the pages you would like to print from there.
If you do not have the option to extract the files you may
need to get the software to unzip the file. You can find free programs online to do this for you, you will need to get the correct program for the device you are using ie: PC, MAC etc.
