All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We do not have any currency conversion on our site. However if you would like to see the exchange rate just type AUD to your currency in google and that will give you a currency exchange rate. Please note currency rates fluctuate so best to check on the day you wish to place an order.
We use Australia Post to ship all orders and will provide tracking details when your order is posted.
Postage Calculations:
Postage is estimated based on the size and weight of the items in the cart at the time of purchase. If the order can be posted for less, we will refund any postage over payments once the order has been shipped.
Australian Domestic Shipping Rates:
Postage is determined by the size and weight of your items. Postage starts at $8.35. All orders over $80 are offered free postage.
Express Postage can be purchased at the checkout.
Please note that shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays with a cut off time of 12pm for both standard and express post. Eg: if you order at 1pm on a Monday, you order will not be shipped until Thursday even if you purchase express post. All times are in AEST.
International Shipping Rates:
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO SHIP TO THE EU.

All international orders will be sent with tracking and any postage over payment will be refunded. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure any item purchased can be imported legally into their country and any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All international orders over $180 are offered free shipping.
Delivery Times:

Lost or damaged items:
Please contact us should you have any issues with your order. We insure all orders over $300 to ensure both we and the customer are not out of pocket if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
Returns and Refunds:

Non-Collection: If an order is returned to us due to non-collection by the recipient, we will notify you and provide the option to resend the order. Additional postage costs will apply.

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the order instead of resending it, we will refund the amount paid for the product, minus the initial postage cost incurred. This ensures that we are not out of pocket for the services already rendered.

Communication: Please ensure you collect your orders promptly to avoid additional charges and delays.
Orders that have returned to us that originally qualified for free shipping, can be sent again at the buyers expense or refunded minus the postage costs that was paid originally by us.
Order Processing:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been received. Large orders may require a longer processing time.
Orders are usually posted within 1-5 business days after receiving cleared payment with the exception of custom orders which may require 2-4 weeks depending on the order.
We are an online only business and all orders are shipped - no pickup options are available.
