All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We do not have any currency conversion on our site. However if you would like to see the exchange rate just type AUD to your currency in google and that will give you a currency exchange rate. Please note currency rates fluctuate so best to check on the day you wish to place an order.
We use Australia Post to ship all orders and will provide tracking details when your order is posted.
Postage Calculations:
Postage is estimated based on the size and weight of the items in the cart at the time of purchase. If the order can be posted for less, we will refund any postage over payments once the order has been shipped.
Australian Domestic Shipping Rates:Â
Postage is determined by the size and weight of your items. Postage starts at $8.35. All orders over $89 are offered free postage.
Express Postage can be purchased at the checkout.
Please note that shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays with a cut off time of 12pm for both standard and express post. Eg: if you order at 1pm on a Monday, you order will not be shipped until Thursday even if you purchase express post. All times are in AEST.
International Shipping Rates:
We currently ship physical products to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship physical products to the United States, European Union or other international destinations.
Digital products remain available worldwide.
International postage is determined by the size and weight of the items in your order and will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent with tracking. If your order can be posted for less than the amount charged at checkout, we will refund any postage overpayment after your order has been shipped.
Orders to New Zealand receive free shipping when the order total is over $189 AUD.
Orders to the United Kingdom and Canada receive free shipping when the order total is over $249 AUD.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that items purchased can legally be imported into their country. Any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or damaged items:

Shipping Insurance:
All orders valued at $300 AUD or more are insured.
We may also choose to insure orders under $300 depending on the destination, order value and the products being shipped. There is no additional charge to the customer for insurance arranged by us.
Returns and Refunds:

Non-Collection: If an order is returned to us due to non-collection by the recipient, we will notify you and provide the option to resend the order. Additional postage costs will apply.

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the order instead of resending it, we will refund the amount paid for the product, minus the initial postage cost incurred. This ensures that we are not out of pocket for the services already rendered.

Communication: Please ensure you collect your orders promptly to avoid additional charges and delays.
Orders that have returned to us that originally qualified for free shipping, can be sent again at the buyers expense or refunded minus the postage costs that was paid originally by us.
Order Processing:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been received. Large orders may require a longer processing time.
Orders are usually posted within 1-5 business days after receiving cleared payment with the exception of custom orders which may require 2-4 weeks depending on the order.
We are an online only business and all orders are shipped - no pickup options are available.
